Bernie Madoff's cell mates

In 400 years, the last part of the 20th century will probably be knows as the Bush/Madoff era. Symbolizing the power of power. The power of money. And the selfish greed that these two crooks represent.

We now know where Bernie will be in his final days. The Butner Federal Correctional Complex in Butner, North Carolina. FCI Butner houses medium security male inmates and also has an adjacent satellite camp that houses minimum security male inmates.

Perhaps Mr. Bush will be imprisoned in his own head. Going over and over again his numerous crimes of decency. Naaaa. Probably just going to enjoy a lot of fishing.

Sheik Abdel-Rahman

On October 1, 1995, Abdel-Rahman and nine others were convicted by a New York jury of 48 charges related to the New York City landmark bomb plot. In 1996, he was sentenced to life in prison.

John Rigas

Rigas, the founder of cable TV operator Adelphia Communications Inc., was convicted of bank, wire, and securities fraud in 2004 and sentenced in June 2005. Prosecutors said Rigas and his family mixed company funds with their personal finances and borrowed more than $2 billion from the company, leading to its bankruptcy.

Carmine “Junior” Persico
Carmine John Persico, Jr. (born August 8, 1933 Brooklyn) also known as “Junior”, “The Snake” and “Immortal”, has been the Boss of the Colombo crime family since the beginning of the 1970s. Persico is currently serving life imprisonment for murder and racketeering charges.

Jonathan Jay Pollard
A former United States Naval civilian intelligence analyst who was convicted of spying for Israel. Pollard waived the right to trial as part of a plea deal for himself and his wife, pleaded guilty and was convicted on one count of spying for Israel. He received a life sentence in 1987 with a recommendation against parole. He was incarcerated at the federal penitentiary in Marion, Illinois in solitary confinement for seven years, then transferred to Butner Federal Correctional Institution in North Carolina. Israel granted Pollard citizenship in 1995 but publicly denied that he was an Israeli spy until 1998.[1] Israel now actively lobbies for his release.

Richard J. Schneiderham
